SoleMan: Heartfelt AI Chat provides an interactive platform utilizing artificial intelligence to simulate social interactions and roleplay experiences. The service includes text-based chat, AI voice replies, character customization, and virtual image collection.
### 2. Nature of AI Interactions (Crucial Disclaimer)
* Non-Human Entities: You acknowledge that all characters in the App are artificial intelligence constructs. They are not real people.
* No Professional Advice: The AI is for entertainment purposes only. It is not qualified to provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. SoleMan is not a crisis intervention service. If you are experiencing mental health issues or thoughts of self-harm, please seek professional help immediately.
* Hallucination Risk: AI may occasionally generate content that is factually incorrect, biased, or inconsistent.
### 3. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use the App in a lawful manner. Prohibited activities include:
* Bypassing Safety Filters: Attempting to force the AI to generate illegal, violent, or sexually explicit content (NSFW) that violates our safety protocols.
* Commercial Exploitation: Using AI-generated responses or exclusive images for commercial resale or unauthorized distribution.
* Harassment of the Platform: Reverse-engineering, scraping, or attempting to disrupt the App’s infrastructure.
### 4. Intellectual Property Rights
* App Content: The "SoleMan" brand, UI design, original character artwork, and proprietary AI configurations are the exclusive property of the App developers.
* User Inputs: You retain ownership of the original text you input. However, by using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use this data solely to provide and improve the AI service for you.
* AI-Generated Output: The copyright status of AI-generated content is an evolving legal field. We grant you a personal, non-commercial license to use and share your chat screenshots and unlocked images.
### 5. Virtual Goods and Subscriptions
* Exclusive Images: Unlocking images constitutes a limited, revocable license to view such content within the App. It does not transfer ownership of the artwork.
* Billing: Subscriptions and virtual currency purchases are processed via the Google Play Store. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
* Refund Policy: All purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by Google Play’s official refund policy or mandatory local laws.
### 6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SoleMan and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from:
* Your emotional reliance on AI characters.
* Any "hallucinations" or inaccuracies in AI-generated text.
* Temporary service interruptions or data loss due to technical failures.
### 7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
### 8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
